Delete your account

Request deletion of your DDBuildingTech account and associated personal data. This applies to the DDBuildingTech mobile app and website, operated by DD Building Technology Solution. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

Request account deletion

Use the email address registered to your account.

If you cannot access your account email, let us know how to contact you. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents here.

You can also email support@ddbuildingtech.com with the subject “Account deletion”.

What happens next

  1. Submit the form or email our support team.
  2. We verify that you own the account before making changes.
  3. We process your verified request within 48 hours and confirm the outcome by email.

Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Account deletion is permanent and removes your ability to sign in.

Data covered by your request

  • Your account profile, login credentials, and active sessions.
  • Linked notification tokens, preferences, and identifiable app activity records.
  • Support conversations, submitted content, and agent profile or gallery data associated with you, where applicable.

We will also review records associated with your account email, including any previous guest purchases.

Records that may need to be retained

Limited order, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may need to be retained. We keep these only for as long as required for that purpose, then delete or anonymise them, as described in our privacy policy.

If an exception applies, we will tell you which records remain, the reason, and the applicable retention period when handling your request. We will also explain any backup removal schedule. A request is not a promise to erase records that must legally be kept.
